Should you determine that you can fulfill these obligations and wish to contribute to the efforts of the ECUAA by holding a position on the board, complete the above information, sign this form and return it to the executive director. You will be notified of your acceptance/denial as a board member.

If you do not believe you have the time to serve or simply do not wish to at this time, please signify by checking the declination box below.

Please note that if you are accepted and later cannot fulfill the duties listed below, your board position can be terminated at any time by your resignation or by a vote of the board.

Expectations of an ECUAA board member:
- Must be an active dues paying association member or lifetime member
- Must not miss two consecutive meetings of the full board
- Must attend committee meetings and be an active contributor of time and/or talent to assigned committee(s)
- Must attend ECUAA sponsored events as requested
- Must be willing to recruit other alumni volunteers/members
